中央演讲的主楼包括拥有两百多个座位的剧院、三个排练室、一个咖啡厅和一个食堂，另外还有九个配备钢琴和隔音设备的练习室，以及一个标准的录音室。
然后中央演讲又投入1670万英镑，建设了一栋配备最先进设备的建筑，包括致力于电影、媒体和数字作品的工作室，以及五个最先进的排练空间！
此外学校的东区设置有各种学术和行政办公室，以及伦敦同类院校中最大的图书馆，The Norman Collins Building中设置有学术办公室、舞台管理办公室以及为学生提供技术支持的办公室，西座建筑有两个可容纳80人的黑匣子表演空间，以及两个大排练室和八个小排练室！
